The Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (CMAR) was formerly the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® and has been proudly serving its members of the Greater Worcester and Central Massachusetts areas since 1923. The Association was granted the new name from the National Association of REALTORS® at their November 2015 annual meeting
REALTOR® members are involved in residential and commercial real estate as brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. As a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®- America's largest professional association - our members have gained the right to call themselves a REALTOR®.
